A minimum qualification of a Form 5 certificate is required to enroll in the Diploma.

A minimum qualification of a Form 3 certificate is required to enroll in the Certificate. 

One must be a minimum of 16 years old to qualify for enrollment.

Passport-sized photographs of the enrolled student.

Birth certificate of the enrolled student.

Copy of both sides of the identification document of the enrolled student.

Medical certificate allowing the enrolled student to handle chemical and cosmetic products.

Copy of both sides of the identification document of the financially responsible party.

Copy of both sides of the identification document of the emergency contact in case of health issues.

School certificates.

Certificate of good conduct.

Proof of address.
